Radio Workshop with radio specialist Werner Nowitzki from Germany:

We, in collaboration with the Goethe-Institut Pakistan under PASCH umbrella is conducting a full-day radio workshop with radio specialist Werner Nowitzki from Germany  for for PASCh students. Students nominated by the respective PASCH school from Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad will participate in t he workshop.

Date of workshop: Saturday, February 21, 2015
Duration: A full day starting at 10 am
Venue: Annemarie Schimmel Haus

 During this workshop the students will be introduced to the art of producing a live radio programme. The goal is to produce radio podcasts of high quality which will be aired on our Goethe-Institut’s regional radio station in South Asia.

The students will learn:

• how to plan and prepare a podcast
  how to find a suitable journalistic format
• how to “write to hear”: The manuscript
• how to record, edit and tell the story
• how to make the podcast more professional: tips and tricks
