5th National PASCH German Spelling Bee Final
This year‘s PASCH German Spelling Bee Final took place on November 22 at the Annemarie-Schimmel-Haus. CAS School from KHI, LGS international from LHR and Roots Millennium Wahid Campus ISL competed ….. and what a competition!!! The winner of this year’s bee is Roots Millennium!

German Jazz Concert by Cyminology at Faiz Festival 2019
German Lounge Jazz Concert by Cyminology was organized by us, during the 5th Faiz Festival 2019, in collaboration with the Goethe-Institut & Faiz Ghar. Songs by Rumi and Faiz, sung in Persian at the festival on Saturday, November 16 at Alhamra, the Mall, Lahore.

This year again, the “Mixed TeamGerman Football Tournament” was organised by ASH & German Embassy New Delhi on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at the Model Town Football Academy Club in Lahore. All four teams @German Embassy New Delhi @ German Embassy Islamabad @Annemarie-Schimmel-Haus & @ PASCH Schools played really well.

5th National PASCH German Spelling Bee Competition- 2nd Round LHR
The 2nd round of the 5th National all Pakistan German spelling bee competition 2019 in Lahore took place on Friday, October 18, 2019 at 3 pm at the Schimmel-Haus. 12 teams from Lahore have participated in this competition. LGS International -Phase VIII, DHA has qualified for the final round.

This weekend all our teachers participated in two German teachers’ training workshops conducted by teachers’ trainer Frau Saira Niazi on “How to conduct the most effective A1 prep class” followed by lunch and then a second workshop on “How to prepare a perfect lesson plan”, at ASH.

Screening of films by Dr. Ahmad Bilal
Our gallery rocked today, when we screened two films by renowned film director Dr. Ahmad Bilal followed by a lively discussion with the director and members of the cast of both films. The renowned writer Amjad Islam Amjad, Muhammad Noor Ul Hassan and RM Naeem were among the audience.

Yesterday, we have screened a movie “The Book Thief” in German language with English subtitles for our students & interested people from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm followed by the presentation & discussion with our instructor in the ASH Gallery.
